Many times i find myself in situations with clients where they need to prove they're right. It does me no good to try and win with a client when there is a battle to be fought. I can't win, my job is to meet the needs of my customer. If my customer needs to be right, my job is to service that need. In the printing, packaging and display business, dealing with printed paper materials, usually what can go wrong will go wrong. With over 30 years in the business myself and vendors with longtime experience, there are issues that we do not anticipate . It's easy for a client to sit in an office and expect quality, I am in the factories and me too, I expect the same , quality. I wouldn't be in business had I not delivered quality work all these years. When you're right , you're right, my clients have the right to receive quality, thats our job, we are the experts.
